1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stream247 website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

Stream247 provides cloud software that lets you upload video and broadcast it as a continuous ("24/7") live stream to third-party platforms and to any destination that accepts an RTMP stream. Features, limits, and availability may change as we improve the Service.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.

4. Your content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of the video and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for how you use the Service. You represent that you own or have all rights, licenses, and permissions required to stream Your Content, and that doing so does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law.

• Only stream content you own or are licensed to distribute.
• Comply with the terms, community guidelines, and streaming policies of every platform you broadcast to.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

5. Third-party platforms

The Service broadcasts to platforms such as Kick, YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, and Rumble, which are operated by third parties and governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for those platforms, and your use of them is subject to their rules. A platform may change its policies or restrict pre-recorded or continuous streaming at any time.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and invoices

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis at the price shown at checkout, per stream, until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for each billing cycle. You will receive an itemized invoice for each payment.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Stream247 and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our marks or software except the limited right to use the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we target high uptime, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific platform will accept your stream.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stream247 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
